Solihull is a large town in the West Midlands, located 8 miles southeast of Birmingham city centre. The town offers excellent transport links via Solihull Station with main line commuter services between London and Birmingham. A short distance from the town centre is access to the M42 motorway, which provides links to the M5, M6 and M40 motorways and access to Birmingham International Airport and Railway Station, the National Exhibition Centre and National Motorcycle Museum.

Following development over the years Solihull is now home to The Touch Wood shopping centre which includes two large department stores, alongside a variety of other stores and leisure facilities around the area.

Solihull is surrounded by beautiful countryside offering delightful walks and access to the canal system. Close to the town centre there are numerous parks, including Tudor Grange, Malvern and Brueton Parks.

Solihull is considered as an excellent place to bring up a family with very well regarded schools and a choice of sixth form colleges, as well as a wide selection of sports and leisure facilities.

A variety of properties are available in and around the town of Solihull, ranging from large Victorian properties to 1920/30’s property and a range of modern houses and apartments.
